Abstract

pengembangan penelitian ini dilakukan karena kurangnya pemahaman materi pada siswa. Tujuan dari penelitian pengembangan ini yaitu untuk mengaitkan pemahaman siswa melalui penggunaan media pembelajaran M-learning dengan pendekatan kontekstual. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D) dengan model pengembangan 4D. Desain penelitian yang digunakan ialah One Grup pretest dan posttest design dengan subjek penelitian kelas X IPS untuk pengujian dari produk media pembelajaran M- Learning berbasis Android. Pada hasil dari uji coba terbatas pada setiap bagian dari tahap pengembangan yang mendapatkan hasil sangat baik. Terdapat hasil yang diketahui signifikan antara dan sesudah menggunakan media pembelajaran M-Learing berbasis Android dengan pendekatan Kontekstual.

Abstract

Behavior is one approach in guidance and counseling to overcome mal-adaptive behavior towards an adaptive attitude. The behavior approach is the right approach to handle blended learning models during the Covid-19 pandemic, so that students are able to carry out their duties well at school, without experiencing obstacles. This undisciplined behavior is influenced by several reasons, including students' private problems as a result of divorce, living with grandmother without parental supervision, and data package constraints. The basis of this paper is a field research that uses a behavioral approach and a descriptive-qualitative method. The results of this study describe several efforts in the counseling process of several students, including reinforcement technique, counseling contracts, homework, and punishment. With the behavior flow stages, the process of changing the attitudes of students who experience the impact of blended learning can be improved and students are able to be adaptive to participate in learning.

Abstract

Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) are an important part of the economy of a country or region. Various SME development efforts have been carried out, one of which is by generating and creating jobs by starting new businesses in the SME sector. Production in the sandal and shoe industry in Wedoro village, Sidoarjo decreased in 2020 by 4000 Kodi due to the Covid-19 pandemic. This is the concern of the owner of the industry to better understand the desires of consumers who want new innovations for the products sold so that in the following year they can increase. This study aims to analyze the effect of innovation and creativity on the performance of sandal and shoe industry employees in Wedoro Village in the Covid-19 pandemic era. The sampling technique in this research is census sampling. The population in this study is the Owner of the Sandal and Shoe Industry in Wedoro village, with total of 30 people. The data were analyzed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The results showed that Innovation and Creativity simultaneously had a positive effect on Employee Performance in the Sandal and Shoe Industry in Wedoro Village during the Covid-19 pandemic era.

Abstract

This research was conducted based on the phenomenon of delivering messages through the representation of a healthy lifestyle through the "afternoon" web series implicitly and wrapped so attractively, so that the advertisements made through the web series are not only persuasive but also have a unique, entertaining storyline. The purpose of this study is to show the meaning of a sign or symbol that represents a healthy lifestyle using Roland Barthes's semiotic analysis approach in the "afternoon" web series. The research method used in the research in this study is qualitative, intended to gather information about the reality of people's consumption culture about how to represent healthy lifestyles in the "afternoon" web series. Data collection is done by downloading and watching the "afternoon" web series that represents a healthy lifestyle using Roland Barthes's semiotic analysis which has connotation and denotation elements then presented in one table. The results of this study explain the representation of a healthy lifestyle in the form of maintaining eating patterns, regulating sleep patterns, exercising regularly and avoiding things that can adversely affect the health of the body. The meaning of a sign or symbol of a healthy lifestyle contained therein is about the importance of maintaining a healthy body not only for yourself but for the environment by changing lifestyle to be healthier.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan self efficacy dan memaksimalkan potensi yang dimiliki mahasiswa berkebutuhan khusus sehingga dapat berpartisipasi secara penuh serta produktif dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat serta untuk mengembangkan self efficacy dalam motivasi belajar mahasiswa berkebutuhan khusus. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan (field reseach) dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Sedangkan menurut sifat masalahnya penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian kualitatif deskriptif data yang dikumpulkan bukan angka-angka tetapi berupa kata-kata atau gambaran. Penelitian ini dilakukan langsung di lapangan yaitu di Universitas PGRI Banyuwangi untuk mendapatkan data yang diperlukan terkait Meningkatkan Self Efficacy Mahasiswa Berkebutuhan Khusus Melalui Pendekatan Psikoanalisis Dan Cooperative Positive Learning. Kesimpulan pada hasil penelitian ini adalah implementasi pendekatan Psikonalisa dengan Model CPL sangat penting dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar mahasiswa berkebutuhan khusus. Penggunaan metode psikoanalisa dalam proses belajar memberikan dampak positif bagi mahasiswa. Terutama untuk meningkatkan self efficacy. Adapun dampak positif di antaranya mahasiswa lebih mampu menghadapi permasalahan, Lebih yakin terhadap kemampuan dalam diri, dan Memiliki Kemampuan untuk Bangkit dari Kegagalan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan Tinjauan Komunikasi Publik di Era Pandemi Covid-19 terkait Optimalisasi Vaksinasi Covid 19. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Desain penelitian ini adalah tinjauan pustaka yakni mengumpulkan data atau sumber yang berhubungan pada sebuah topik tertentu yang bisa didapat dari berbagai sumber seperti jurnal, buku, internet, dan pustaka lain. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keberhasilan program vaksinasi Covid-19 bergantung pada banyak faktor yang mempengaruhinya, dan salah satu faktor tersebut adalah komunikasi publik. Komunikasi publik yang dipersiapkan dengan akurat, tuntas, strategi yang matang, monitoring dan evaluasi yang berkesinambungan akan memberikan pengaruh positif pada tingkat pengetahuan, pemahaman, dan partisipasi masyarakat.

Abstract

This paper discusses how the negotiation process between schools, the Bekasi City Government and The Central Government in responding to reopening school in pandemic Covid-19. The Bekasi City Government allow 110 schools to reopening and face to face learning based on their negotiation. Data collection methods are through primary and secondary data collection in the form of interview, news analysis, books and related journals. Some efforts were taken by the Bekasi City Government to reopening schools since August 2020, but unfortunately at that time, reopening schools policy not allowed yet. In the process, The Bekasi City Government used more direct lobbying and negotiation process, which in turn led to The Bekasi City Government's beneficial results to reopening schools on March 2021.

Abstract

The implementation of local content learning is able to build the nation's character because it pays attention to the characteristics of the environment and local culture as a form of preserving Malay culture and the application of character education to face the currents of globalization at the education level. This study aims to determine the application of character education to students based on local wisdom in the learning process of Riau Malay Culture at SD Negeri 183 Pekanbaru, the supporting factors, inhibiting factors and the efforts of the Mulok BMR teachers in overcoming the obstacles they face. This research is ethnographic research using a qualitative approach. Based on the results in this study, the researchers limited as many as 8 characters that were more considered and implemented properly based on local wisdom in learning Riau Malay Culture at SD Negeri 183 Pekanbaru including religion, honesty, discipline, social care, responsibility, environmental care, independence and respect. Achievement.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to analyze the risk communication strategies used by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia to control COVID-19 using social media, especially YouTube and Instagram. This study utilized qualitative descriptive research methods. The results indicate that the use of social media to overcome COVID-19 by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia has not been conducted effectively because there are still principles and elements of risk communication that have been overlooked.. Thus, it is necessary to assess the performance of the Directorate of Health Promotion and Community Empowerment of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia in order to determine which efforts can be optimized to improve risk communication through public engagement, both online and offline, in order to effect changes in community behavior related to preventing and overcoming COVID -19.

Abstract

This article examines how transformational leadership of education in the era of society 5.0. As is known before the introducedness of the era has arisen the industrial revolution 4.0. Therefore, it is a challenge and also an opportunity for education leaders to be able to change the mindset of education leaders to be able to manage transformational leadership, just as this in the education sector the principal is the leader. Therefore, the data collection method in this article uses library research with data collection using literature studies studied from various sources such as journals, books, and so on. Thus, what emerges from this article is how the efforts of an education leader respond to the transformational existence of education in the era of society 5.0.
